I ordered dinner on mrd.com and the tracking was sorta spot on. I could see when the driver picked it up and where he was, so I wasn’t constantly checking out the window like I usually do.
The food showed up right around the time it said it would. It’s a simple thing, but it sorta makes the wait way less annoying. Overall, I was happy with it.

My order was just left right at my door, and there was no hassle or confusion at all. i’d say it was a really smooth and convenient experience.

Most of the time I can get a courier on Mrd without waiting too long, which is a relief, especially when I’m already mentally drained and just want things sorted quickly. There have been a few busy nights where options were limited, but overall it’s been good and works fine for me.

I’m giving it 4 stars because every now and then the app gets a bit slow, or the delivery time keeps changing. It’s not a huge problem, but when you’re already hungry, it does get annoying. Overall though, it works well and I’ll keep using it.

My driver showed up on time, was polite, and stayed calm the whole way. It made the trip feel easy from start to finish. I really appreciate when someone takes their job seriously and treats people with respect. I’d definitely use mrd.com again.

My snap judgment after using mrd.com a few times is that the loyalty points are the main reason I keep going back. They’re not some gimmick that sits there doing nothing, they actually build up, and I’ve used them to shave a little off my orders. It’s simple, useful, and so far I’m happy with it

The stock info on Mrd was crystal clear. Like, there was absolutely no mystery about what was available before I ordered. No guessing game, no annoying surprise email later saying it was out of stock. My item shipped just fine, and the whole site felt genuinely honest about availability. I’d say it was exactly how online ordering should be.

The prices felt really fair, and I was so glad there weren’t any annoying extra fees tacked on at the end!!

The packaging was good overall, and thankfully everything inside was fine. The box did show up a bit dented though, so maybe a little extra padding would help. Has anyone else had the same issue with the shipping box?

Ordered dinner through mrd and it was mostly fine. The food was still warm when it got here, which I appreciated. Not sure if it sat for a bit or if it was just the timing, but the chips were a little soft. The burger was good though, and surprisingly not messy. Overall I was happy with it, just would’ve been better if it tasted a bit fresher on arrival.

I use Mrd when I’m looking for somewhere to eat and don’t feel like calling a bunch of restaurants. Like i said, it’s handy because most places near me show availability clearly. A few times the times were limited or changed after I clicked, which was a little annoying, but like i said, it still saves me time. It’s not perfect, but I keep using it.

I wasn’t really expecting the delivery to come that quickly, so it was a nice surprise when it showed up earlier than I had in mind. Everything went smoothly too, no delays, no hassles, and no issues with the order. Easy experience overall
